at my middle school dances we had a biatch of an assistant principle, used to walk around with a ruler and a flashlight and check every couple to make sure we were a foot apart needless to say i got a few lunch detentions at dances.

I went to go pick my 13 year old brother from a local dance. i showed up a little early and peeked in and thats exactly what i saw. 2 kids no older then 14 makin out like hardcore right infront of the door. When all my little brothers friends came out they said there was a couple of drunk girls out there that could barley walk. Its insane. The dance was for younger kids 16 and under. I dont get it. I didnt start drinking until late 16. Even then i didnt really get drunk until mid 17. You wont believe the stories this kid comes home with.

i couldnt even watch the whole thing. I can remember most of my dances always getting yeld at for not being able to see through. But that was when we were slow dancing not going all crazy like that. The one girl was getting it on with the floor real good.

I agree with everyone's comments - like others, I could not even watch the whole thing. Where is the adults in this? They need to be disciplined like in the old days - my old age talking here.

I don't even think it has anything to do with "spank or don't spank". My mother only spanked me twice in my life. And one of those was a slap in the face at 16 years old, LOL. Well deserved, I might say...(I didn't come home until 5 am and never called or anything...I had a great story prepared but didn't get one word out before **slap**)

Even though there was hardly any spanking going on, we had GREAT respect for our parents. Esp. my mother, she just simply ruled. She didn't need to hit us, she was a great "pack leader" My father was a bit more of a push over, but a wonderful father nonetheless.

What they DID do is spend a ton of QUALITY time with us kids. Despite them both working more then 1 job, what little free-time there was, was spent with us kids. Always out in nature, picnics, bicycle rides, out with the sled, hiking, etc etc.

Kids nowadays just run wild. Parents are to busy to spend their free-time doing their own thing, buying their kids stuff to keep them busy, satisfied and out of their hair.

I think there needs to be a balance. Discipline but also great parenting, as in DO STUFF WITH YOUR KIDS. And not just buying them video games and parking them in front of some electronic device.

This dance video is disturbing to me. I'm sure, to everyone. But its the adults that are at fault. Makes you wonder how "they" grew up to think what they are doing to those kids is "normal".

Kids are wimps these days and being raised wimps and little thing that happens is the worst thing in the world which to fx it requires tons of counsoling and meds

I agree with everything yall have said. If you watch the end of the video, it seems as though they are having some sort of a dance-off because the "adults", and I use that term VERY loosely in this situation, ask for the other kids to cheer for whoever they thought did the best.

This make anyone elses stomache churn that is beyond f-ed up!!

I saw things like that in the public schools I went to for a while. Regardless of where that video was taken, it's happening here too.

I read an article yesterday on MSNBC that predicts this to be the year that non-white babies will out number white babies. I'm surprised it's taken till 2010 for that to happen.

Yes, I think this is not quite "Funnies" material. It is actually grim stuff, we are seeing the destruction of a future generation. And to think there was an adult leading this stuff and giving approval. Revolting. Horrible. Despicable.
