The heated seats should have a separate fuse, I cannot imagine being able to stick the motors and the heater on the same circuit.

Just out of curiosity, whats going on with the seats? Why the sudden need to cut power? Heater element going bad and causing excess burning?

thats what i thought they called the light at the track, oh well. Anyway fuse is out of the question the heated seats share a fuse with the ignition that might explain the clicking noise from the dash when the heated seats come on and the lights go up and down.

Look under the seats at the harness connections. Perhaps there is a separate connection just for the heater. OR, that clicking sound you hear is the relay for the heater. If you find that relay and unplug it, you should be good.
