Jesse - I'm sure you can get them at the local parts stores, they're usually in stock, and locally the motor and regulator combo go for around $110-120 here. On ebay they are about half that price...

It's a fairly straight forward install. There are GREAT directions on this site. Good luck thumbsup.png .

So the write up helped get in to replace the door lock regulator on my 02 Burb....but...now the interior lights won't come on when I open the rear passenger side door. I can't find any info on where the switch for the lights is located. Any advice?

Was the actuator you replaced also in the rear passenger door? The door open sensor in inside the door, so possibly you knocked a wire off of it when working on the actuator. Check the wiring in the door first.

having issues with finding new door panels for my '04, they are both getting pretty ragged and the panel that houses all the controls for the door and windows is loose and flopping around, any help where to get the whole panel? both drivers and passanger side?
