Hey! Nope.. that fizzled out really quick. I'm based KC, but spend a lot of time in NYC, Chicago, and all over the east half of the country. I only make it to the west coast for a random getaway. A lot has changed in the last few years, but I can't complain. Hope all is well on your end!

It definitely looks like things have slowed down. That's too bad. I Uber more than I drive anymore, and I can't even remember the last time I had a wrench in my hand.

Thanks Gary! I miss it too sometimes, but I've changed quite a bit. I don't have the time or energy to do any of that stuff anymore.. and my "escapades" were a little dangerous, to say the least. I'm just glad I'm around to talk about it now. Going through the windshield in the fairmont was quite an eye opener. Now, I honestly don't even like to drive, and unless I'm driving to and from the office, I'm most likely in an Uber. Some people don't even think I have a car haha. I might build another toy someday, but it'll just be a nice cruiser to take out on the weekend and grab gears to blow off some steam.

It really was. It was a miracle, but I practically walked away. I don't know how, and neither did the witnesses. I was pulling glass out of my hair for a week, and had several cuts and bruises. Within days, I got rid of everything and made a promise that I'd change. The whole thing really did alter the course of my life, and honestly I'm in a much better place now. I have a dream job and live a pretty amazing life. I walked away from an entire culture and really only associate with a couple of the people I knew back then. thumbsup.png
