Ok first off Im sorry for all the newb questions but I just got my first Tahoe and its a 2002 z71 white with 242k showing but supposedly had a rebuilt tranny and new knock sensors my question is that I have found the kit that is the torsion keys and rear spacers that is supposed to lift the back 3 and the front 1-3. With that could I fit soime 33x11.50 tires? I found a Tahoe that I love the look of and I will attach a pic of my white one plus the black one that I want to cope the look of .

Welcome aboard!

I run rear 1-1/2" spacers and Ford Keys upfront, and I have no problems running 33" 285/70/17 Goodyear Duratracs. Imho, anything over 2" in the rear is asking for trouble. In the front, when looking at the photo you attached, please notice that the front is higher than the rear. That is not desirable. To avoid binding up the front end, you should shoot to retain an inch or 2 rake, especially if you do any moderate towing.

So I found the rough country 2 leveling kit that comes with shocks but it doesnt say that size the rear spacers are. If Im not gonna do hardly any off-roading would the 2 spacers cause any problems. The reason for the lift is I travel for work and occasionally end up in areas where it snows so I wanted to lift it a little and throw on some 33s

We have had a good number of folks go with the 2" rear spacers without issues. I wouldn't sweat it unless you plan to do a good amount of offroading.
